About AMOR FATI

AMOR FATI is a philosophy-rooted wellness collective in Berlin, bridging ancient wisdom, modern movement and mindful practice. Our name means love of fate, the Stoic practice of embracing whatever life brings and growing through it.

We host Stoic Salons (philosophy discussions), Stoic Strolls (nature hikes), Stoic Strides (run club), Sculpt Salons (Pilates), and Soma Salons (breathwork), alongside workshops and day retreats in and around Berlin, plus intimate retreats across Europe. Our community is warm, curious, and deeply intentional.

We're now building a circle of trusted teachers in movement, breathwork, meditation and philosophy. Passionate facilitators, not performers.

Our vision. AMOR FATI exists to make ancient philosophical wisdom into psychological tools you can practice, feel in your body and carry into your week. Every session should leave guests a little stronger, calmer and clearer about how they want to live.

Our philosophy. We practise Stoicism as a way of life, not a subject to study. Focus on what is in your control. Meet obstacles as teachers. Live by four virtues: wisdom, courage, justice and temperance. And love your fate, whatever it brings.

Every session follows one arc: Arrival โ†’ Intention โ†’ Practice โ†’ Integration โ†’ Closing, followed by time to connect. You bring your modality and style; the arc makes it unmistakably AMOR FATI.

What you'll draw on. Classic Stoic exercises (the view from above, the dichotomy of control, the evening review), psychology rooted in Stoicism (reframing, self-compassion, values), breath and nervous system tools, and journaling. The Teacher Bible gives you all of it, with scripts and examples.

Our style. Philosophy is lived, not lectured: one idea, said simply, felt deeply. Small, unhurried groups. Beautiful, calm spaces. Warm, invitational language.

Our standards. Every intense element is an invitation, never pressure. Touch only with consent. No body or diet talk. Phones away, and we start and end on time.

What makes it special. A personal arrival ritual, a practice with meaning behind it, time to reflect, a beautiful take-home card and real connection afterwards.

Seasonal day retreats

Four times a year, we host a full retreat day (about 10:00โ€“17:00) in a beautiful space in Berlin or in the countryside just outside the city. Two teachers lead the day together, with Clarize opening, hosting and holding the philosophy thread.
